I am quite proud to announce a new free e-book about test strategy.
It contains ideas Henrik Emilsson and I have have discussed for years.
It is not a textbook, but it contains many examples and material that hopefully will inspire your own test strategies (the careful reader will recognize stuff from this blog and inspiration from James Bach’s Heuristic Test Strategy Model.)

Any English version available?
No, there is no English version.
Swedish is my first language so the result is better, and was faster to write (less than 2 years!)
It also contains many real examples, and translating them wouldn’t really make them justice.
James Bach’s Heuristic Test Strategy Model is the best resource I know about for test strategy in English.
Looks interesting even considering that I don’t understand Swedish 🙂

If you are into test strategy and have time, I would suggest you look at the chapters, and then make up for yourself what it means.
This would lead to your own model for test strategy, and you will be rewarded with loads of learning.
